Fresno, CA, June 18, 2024 – iLoveToCreate (iLTC), a leader in do-it-yourself crafting for tie-dye, fabric paint, adhesives and spray paint projects, announced that Tom Russo will add the role of President and CEO of iLTC to his current duties as President and CEO of Plaid Enterprises (Plaid) effective August 12, 2024.

Tom joined Plaid in September of 2023 after a successful career in consumer products with, among others, Sullivans, a designer and marketer of home décor products, where he expanded distribution, enhanced new product development and led two add-on acquisitions. “iLTC is a dynamic developer, marketer, importer and distributor of not only Tulip Wearable Art products, the nation’s leading tie-dye brand, but also Aleene’s Adhesives and COLORSHOT Spray Paint. I look forward to working with the incredibly talented iLTC team to continue to serve our passionate craft consumers,” said Russo.

Mike Harris, President and COO of The Dyson-Kissner-Moran Corporation (DKM), Plaid and iLTC’s parent organization, said, “Tom, in his short tenure with Plaid, has shown impressive leadership qualities and willingness to take on new projects. Additionally, Larry Hermansen after 8 years at iLTC has decided to retire effective September 2, 2024. Larry will assist and aid Tom in the transition until his retirement. Larry joined Duncan Enterprises, the predecessor of iLTC, in November of 2015 as the President and COO, later taking over as President and CEO in 2020. During his tenure, Larry led the business through several strategic acquisitions, COVID-19, and the sale of the craft business of Duncan Enterprises to DKM in 2021. Larry's most valued personal achievement is the growth and development of the iLTC team and the executive staff team that leads and directs the affairs of the business today.
