Returns & Exchanges for Purchases from

iLoveToCreate warrants that its products will be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment. This warranty does not include damage to products resulting from accident, delivery or misuse.

Important: To be eligible for a return, you must provide a proof of purchase from, as well as the defective or damaged product in the original packaging. When contacting our team, please include all relevant information about the defective or damaged product, as this will be used in processing your claim. Read on for additional return details.

Please note: Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value, totaling the amount paid for the original order, but no more.

How to Return iLoveToCreate Products:

Whether you send your return through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or another service of your choosing, return shipping fees are nonrefundable; we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please call us toll free at 1.800.441.8358 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. PST, Monday – Friday, or email and include your information and order number.

2. Return/Exchanges Form

We’ll send you a returns/exchanges form to fill out; please return to us via email and print and include a copy with your return order.

3. Ship Your Item(s)

Carefully pack your items back into the packaging you received them in, or in another secure package and return to us using the following information:

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Please note: only products purchased directly from may be returned for a refund or exchange. iLoveToCreate products purchased from one of our retailer partners must be returned directly to the retailer according to their return policy.

Once received, your refund/exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 days. If you are exchanging items, we will send you the new shipment information once the exchanged items are shipped out.
